LAUSD EMS Supervisor

We are currently looking for an EMS Supervisor (LAUSD CM-EMSS-1024-40) for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be in located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem. Location : Los Angeles, CA Number of positions : 1 Salary Range : $105K - $120K Minimum Requirements Required Experience : Minimum of five (5) years’ professional experience in building controls or a related field.

Experience with programming and controls database management Comprehensive understanding of computer networking principles, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Competent knowledge and proficiency with HVAC operations within a facility Experience in creating and adjusting sequences of operations, shop drawings, and project specifications Required Education : Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering (mechanical, computer science, electrical, information technology) OR Two-year technical degree in HVAC, Electronics-related studies with additional 2 years of experience to compensate for education on a year-for-year basis Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with multiple controls manufacturers including Automated Logic, Carrier, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric, or Trane Proven ability to debug installation issues during both static and dynamic start-up phases Experience supporting installation personnel and other contractors on project sites Extensive experience in performing or assisting in performance of commissioning of EMS Compensation : The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
