We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for our construction projects. Industry-leading benefits include competitive wages, 401k retirement plan, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees.

This is a prevailing wage project.

Start Date : As soon as possible

Pay Range : $20+ base plus fringe, dependent on experience.

Construction Site Location : Louisville, KY

Construction Laborer Daily Life

• Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
• Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
• 40-hour work week with possible overtime.

Construction Laborer Must Haves

• Reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
• Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
• Team player.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Construction Laborer Nice to Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness / aptitude to learn to operate.

Bilingual Spanish / English

All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
