MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the delivery routes returning to the warehouse by allowing them into the Lowes XDT building, ensuring each team member has their ID badge, and ensuring each team member's uniform is compliant.
Each delivery team will turn in a route completion summary. Check over the summary, check their application for compliance, input and label all of the team's open box returns, input exception data into the PDP exception spreadsheet, and input route summary into the PDP check-in spreadsheet.
- Receive inbound shipments once the first shift warehouse team leaves for the day.
- Print driver packets for the next day's morning Loadout.
- Correspond to Lowe's emails and dispatch messages on Microsoft Teams.
- Complete, in a timely manner, PDP delivery exceptions.
- Check-in inbound BDC trailers by cutting the seal on the trailers, unlocking the dock door, and checking the trailer into the Blue Yonder system.
- Assist warehouse team with task completion, such as RWOs, emergency tote audits, warehouse cleaning, etc.
- Assist the warehouse team with any questions or concerns pertaining to warehouse functions or inventory errors.
- Make sure all stops in the Enterprise Delivery Portal are dispositioned.
- Send end-of-shift emails and scans and correspond with the following shift about the incomplete tasks that will still need to be completed.
- Make sure the check-in area is clean.
- Other tasks may be required due to changes in scope.
