Your day to day duties as a Senior New Product Developer will be :
- Managing and executing your own formulation project
- Utilizing Stagegate process and project management skills
- Leadership of a team of highly qualified chemists and engineers towards common goals
- Influencing the execution of R&D projects, particularly in terms of control of performance properties
- Application of QbD, statistical analyses, etc
You will be an ideal candidate with this background :
- A higher degree in a relevant field (e.g. PhD chemistry / engineering)
- A proven formulation chemistry track record in industry
- A good team-working approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The desire to continue a high-level of career development
