We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager in skincare. Your primary focus will be leading our marketing efforts in digital marketing, social media, website operations, influencers, and eCommerce.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand recognition, engage our target audience, and drive sales.
The ideal candidate should have experience with skincare products, a strong interest in makeup, and knowledge of current trends.
Candidates must have experience providing production support for skincare or makeup and working closely with manufacturers for sample testing.
They should also have experience developing new product concepts from ideation to launch.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in skincare or beauty product marketing, including hands-on experience with product development and collaboration with manufacturers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product development strategies aligned with market trends.
- Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines for each product launch.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China.
- Craft compelling and accurate product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Pay : $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
