SAIC is looking for an ambitious Senior Level System Administrator / VMWare SME like you! Candidates will join a fast-paced and growing team of System Administrators in supporting a 24 / 7 high visibility Watch Center.

Qualifications
- Active TS / SCI with Poly
- 9 years of relevant IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in place of degree will be considered
- High Degree of Experience building / configuring / maintaining / upgrading / tuning / troubleshooting VMware virtual infrastructures
- VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
- Experience with the following aspects of Windows Domain Administration :
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DHCP
- WSUS
- Experience managing Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019; Windows Client 10 / 11
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts : TCP / IP, VLANs, subnets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on a 24 / 7 weekly on call rotation
- Willingness to participate in WMA or CONUS travel (
- Ability to rack / stack / install physical equipment
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience with EMC enterprise storage arrays
- Experience with designing / implementing COOP plans
- Experience administering Red Hat derivative Linux distributions
