Job Overview :
As a Case Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our tax resolution clients, working closely with our Tax Professionals.
Your role involves ensuring clients remain informed, have all necessary documentation, and stay compliant with tax requirements.
Acting as a liaison between clients and Tax Professionals, you will provide essential case details, facilitate document collection, perform case analyses, and support the development of effective tax resolution strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, review, and verify the accuracy of client documents and financial information.
- Managing a portfolio of financial cases, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with Tax Professionals to ensure all client needs are met.
- Developing and implementing case management plans, and monitoring their progress.
- Documenting all case information accurately, ensuring all data is kept confidential.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations for change.
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a case management role within a law or tax firm.
- Proven experience in customer service with a strong ability to resolve client issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and case management software.
