As a member of the Treasury Management Quality Control team, this position reviews new and existing customers. This position will work closely with Treasury Management Implementation and / or Customer Support through the customer setup process.
This position requires a deep, working knowledge of a wide variety of Treasury Management services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review business entity documentation to determine authorization of signers.
- Review Treasury Management agreements submitted by TM Implementations for accuracy before they are sent out for signature.
- Help keep our customer setups in line with the Credit Policy.
- Review emails submitted by TM Customer Service requesting temporary ACH increases for underwritten customers to determine if proper approvals were received in line with the Credit Policy.
- Determine proper approvals for ACH and Remote Deposit limit increases with the guidance of the Credit Policy.
- Identify risk when customers are requesting new services, altering their services or requesting dollar limit increases, and bring them to the attention of management.
- Review setups completed by other Treasury Management associates.
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and / or Experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required, and
- Related experience required; treasury management, banking operations and / or customer service experience preferred.
