Performs all the essential functions of the Registered Sonographer. Performs and evaluates sonographic examinations and physiologic vascular testing.
Obtains clinical history and performs a physical assessment of the patient's condition to determine appropriate testing protocol.
Provides a technical interpretation of sonographic and physiologic data to aid physicians in rendering a medical diagnosis.

Ultrasound Technologist - (Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed).

Required Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training : Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Sonography program (minimum one year in length). Credentials with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
- Upon hire : National Registered Technologist - Sonography Or
- Upon hire : National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Within 2 years of hire : National Registered Vascular Technologist Or
- Within 2 years of hire : National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Breast Specialty Or
- Within 2 years of hire : National Registered Technologist - Breast Sonography Or
- Within 2 years of hire : National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - AbdomenUpon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 9 months ultrasound coursework experience in Abdomen, OB / Gyn including clinical rotation
Preferred Qualifications :
9 month ultrasound coursework experience in Breast and vascular technology including clinical rotation
