Located in Southern NH our client needs an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee employees and manufacturing functions including machining, welding, painting and assembly .

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- Review production orders and schedules to effectively plan department operations
- Production operation planning and establishing priorities for product manufacturing
- Review production and operating reports; resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
- Develop / revise standard operational and working practices
- Production data storage / management
You need :
- Associates degree or higher
- 6+ years of related manufacturing experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in manufacturing with metal fabrication functions on-site (welding, machining, etc.)
- Prior experience working in an ISO or AS9100 manufacturing facility
- Experience driving Lean methodology, process improvements
