Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Our award winning Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great opportunity.
Farmers Insurance experience is preferred. We offer a base salary with commission and bonuses, along with long term career advancement available.
As an Insurance CSR you will work closely with our top account managers, take inbound calls to help service our current clients, as well as make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities
- Assist call ins with adding cars and questions on policy
- Assist walk ins with questions as needed
- Review underwriting alerts and efficiently contact insureds to complete required information.
- Answer phones to help service current clients.
- Review Insurance products we offer with new and current clients.
- Review policy changes with clients to ensure they are comfortable and happy with their insurance policies..
- Make billing and document reminder calls to retain current clients.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Work closely with co-workers to achieve agency goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Work On-site in our office.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous Insurance experience is a bonus.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (Farmers insurance experience preferred.)
