Auburn Hills Law Firm specializing in Creditors’ Rights looking for a full-time Client Services Representative.
Job Summary :
The primary duty of this position is to handle client requests and communications.
Job Duties :
- Prepare reports for clients on a daily / weekly / monthly schedule.
- Analyze reports for compliance.
- Prepare reports for internal staff.
- Maintain Client Services email account and distribute communications to key staff members.
- Respond to client communications.
- Maintain and organize client communications.
- Electronic Data Interface (EDI) processing.
- Printing forms and letters.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
Skills Required :
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Good data entry skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
