Job Description :
Expertise in Hyland OnBase, OnBase system administration, enterprise-wide records management program, experience with OnBase reporting dashboard, OnBase workflow experience, Kofax capture software, experience with OnBase system upgrade.
Design, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements to existing solutions across SIT, UAT, Production environments, Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects.
Work with DOC / PBPP OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technical support as needed, Understand, maintain and enhance external integrations within OnBase.
Preferred Certifications : OCSA, OCWA, OCWV and OCAPI.
