Note : We are specifically looking for candidates with strong existing relationships with Owners Engineers and Mechanical Contractors in the Miami Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach market areas. The
candidate should also have had their primary experience selling Commercial and Applied HVAC equipment. Not Residential or Services.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in related field and 3 5 years experience in a clientfacing HVAC sales role.
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge.
Track record of learning a new line card quickly and turning the knowledge into sales success.
Ability to manage people and situations when issues arise.
Comfortability visiting clients in person. This includes going to their office surveying a job site as well as inviting them to the Northrich Florida office
Negotiation skills to close sales.
The Opportunity Northrich Florida currently has an open position for an established Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer. Candidate should have strong existing relationships with Owners Engineers and Mechanical Contractors in the Miami Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach Market Areas.
Candidate should be a highly motivated and selfdriven individual with a track record of strong HVAC commercial sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 5 years of experience in a clientfacing HVAC sales role.
Candidates will be tasked to build and manage longterm relationships with Owner Engineer and Contractor accounts as well as manufacturers with minimal management oversight.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long term relationships with assigned Owners Engineers and Contractors. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility loyalty trust and commitment.
Serve contractors by providing them with training regarding products and application assistance on a projectbyproject basis.
Promptly and accurately respond to customer needs by identifying products and designing systems that result in sales. Frequent travel to customer offices and project sites minimal required time spent in Northrich office.
Work closely with customers from start to end of jobs to ensure end client satisfaction at the end of the project Manage multiple ongoing projects with success.
Understand specific customer requirements to develop and execute account specific business plans. Work to increase market penetration for the manufacturers on Northrich Floridas line card.
Influence project designs & specifications and drawings in order to obtain the Basis of Design (BOD). Maintain knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and products
