Risepoint LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Business Analyst to identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs.
The Business Analyst's job duties will include :
- Identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful product delivery.
- Analyze historical trends and synthesize data to identify new insights and perspectives.
- Collect, analyze, and document business processes, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a liaison between business partners and application development and business intelligence teams.
- Document existing workflow processes and systems, recommend potential improvements, and assist in designing solutions.
- Track and resolve system issues to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Map system functions and data elements from existing systems into new systems.
- Write detailed user stories and test cases.
- May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.
- Travel to Dallas, Texas office as needed, less than 5% of the time.
Minimum Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience : Two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
