Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Offer expert advice and tailored recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical products to meet the unique needs of individual growers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments to provide valuable insights to customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and sales activities effectively.
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products, along with their applications in agriculture.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 per year + Commission
