Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the implementation team to understand client data structures and manage data mapping to the company's RCM data model

Manage scrum boards for Data Management and Integration activities, facilitating sprint planning and tracking progress

Perform advanced SQL queries for data profiling and support the design and validation of data pipelines and ETL processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, mapping, or integration, ideally within healthcare or revenue cycle management

Proven expertise in SQL and relational database design, including advanced query development

Demonstrated experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Strong understanding of ETL principles and data quality management
