About the role : As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will oversee the delivery of quality patient care and maintain clinical operations for renal dialysis patients.
You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for developing unique care plans and providing dialysis treatments to patients facing end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Principal responsibilities and duties :
Clinic operations : Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards. Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
Collaborate with internal departments and ensure compliance with all data collection and auditing activities.
Patient care : Coordinate all aspects of patient care, ensure patient education about treatment options, and act as a resource for patients and families.
Manage patient eligibility for treatment and report changes in patient status.
- Staff : Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members, provide support and encouragement for professional growth, and manage staff scheduling and payroll.
- Physicians : Facilitate the application process for physician privileges, maintain strong physician relationships, and participate in Governing Body activities.
Education and required credentials :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
Experience and skills :
- Required : 6+ years of healthcare facility operations experience, 12 months of clinical nursing experience, and 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Preferred : 3+ years of supervisory or project / program management experience, and med / surg or ICU / CCU experience.
Physical demands and working conditions :
- Day-to-day work includes desk and computer work, interaction with patients and staff, and potential travel between facilities.
- The work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels.
- May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases / materials.
- The position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation.
