Keep reading the descriptions below, and if this sounds like a great fit, we would love to talk to you! About the Role : As an administrative assistant at Gatsby Glass, you will be the first impression for the West Palm Beach Gatsby Glass team when customers call in.

You will provide some basic customer service, both over the phone but also through email correspondence. You’ll be collaborating with the others on the team to assist with estimates, ensure accurate and timely responses are provided, and help with some of the general bookkeeping tasks! The administrative assistance will also provide some onboarding support, inventory management and have some involvement in the social media accounts! Responsibilities : Professionally answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries via email within shared inbox Collaborate with team members to manage the estimate process, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

Assist in drawing up shower and glass projects and maintaining project organization in Trello. Contribute to managing and updating our social media accounts to enhance our online presence.

Support bookkeeping and accounts payable tasks Handle money deposits for accounts receivable. Manage inbound inquiries and assist with general administrative tasks in the office.

Help reorder glass, supplies, and inventory for the shop, ensuring work vehicles are stocked appropriately. Assist in administratively onboarding and offboarding employees.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office space. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office space. Preferred and Required Qualifications : Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Trello or similar project management tools.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes. Familiarity with social media platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
