Maintenance Mechanic III Details :
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $35.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
- Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on process equipment, calibration of instruments, and operation of various validated process systems.
- Support validation actives including performing FATs, IQs, OQs, PQs and other validation tasks.Responsible for completing paperwork required for entering calibration and maintenance data into the department’s CMMS system.
- Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and support systems.Assist Facilities Technicians with facility repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Report inventory count of parts, supplies, and tools to Facility and Engineering Supervisors and MRO Buyer.
Maintenance Mechanic III Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED; two-year college degree or trade school in electrical or mechanical certificate preferred; three to five years’ experience in Facilities and Engineering in a GMP environment experience preferably in a pharmaceutical company with tableting or other related industry
- General Mechanical knowledge of pumps, conveyers, mixers, and packaging equipment.
- Electrical and control schematics knowledge. HVAC and air handler functionality knowledge.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
