What You’ll Do :

  • Strategic Partner : Advise the CFO, CEO, and Board on our investor relations strategy.
  • Investor Relations : Partner with the CFO to attract and retain investors, facilitating communication, and providing transparent and timely information to ensure we achieve a fair valuation.
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with shareholders and analysts, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to actively drive interest in TD SYNNEX.
  • Earnings Leadership : Lead the quarterly earnings process, including press releases, presentations, scripts, and fact sheets
  • Market Insights : Provide competitive intelligence, investor perception insights, and other actionable feedback to senior executives.
  • Public Representation : Represent TD SYNNEX at investment meetings, presentations, and media interviews.
  • Governance Support : Collaborate and support legal with shareholder meetings and corporate governance items as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 7 to 10 years in investment banking, institutional investing, and Investor relations.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Skills : Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

  • Hiring Base Salary Range $186,000.00 - $297,500.00
  • This position would also have a Manage Incentive Plan and Stock Incentive program, pending board approvals
