Security Professional - Residential Patrol

As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for residents and guests. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will be a visible representative of Allied Universal's values, working as part of a reliable and agile team that puts people first and always acts with integrity. This is an engaging opportunity to make a positive impact in a residential community.

Pay Rate : $17.70 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or security-related concerns within the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and property management as needed.
  • Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
  • Assist in controlling access to the property and monitor entry points as required.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
