Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute the strategy for enhancing automation capabilities, aligning with the company’s vision for growth and innovation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing automation team, defining roles, responsibilities, and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to uncover new areas for automation, focusing on optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions that drive revenue growth while reducing operational costs and improving team efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate automation initiatives, measure performance (KPIs and ROI), and adjust strategies to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Strategically integrate robotic process automation (RPA) solutions into various business functions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and unlock reinvestment opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external teams, including sales, service delivery, and project management, to educate and champion RPA adoption and drive multiple automation projects to successful completion.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving automation best practices and innovative solutions across the organization.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on automation progress, project milestones, risks, and ROI.
- Define and productize automation for client delivery.
- Shares and contribute best practice, thought leadership, and leverage expertise from across Cielo to contribute to the achievement and evolution of company-wide goal.

Supervisory Responsibilities
The Director Automation will lead a team of (Lead & Senior) RPA Developers, Senior Business Analysts, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in talent solutions, operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading automation initiatives that drive significant business impact.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling teams, with the ability to mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing automation team.
- Deep expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation technologies (tools like Automation Anywhere), including hands-on experience in identifying, implementing, and optimizing RPA solutions.
- Proven ability to drive cost savings and revenue generation through automation strategies, with a focus on maximizing ROI and creating operational efficiencies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess automation opportunities, evaluate business processes, and develop actionable insights for improvement.
- Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies, with a track record of implementing successful initiatives that streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong action planning, execution, and organizational skills to deliver client success and business outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience partnering cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, service delivery, solution design) and external clients to deliver automation solutions.
- Experience in using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media tools, and automation platforms like Automation Anywhere.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present key metrics, ROI, and automation progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Exposure :
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with lens to Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ability to establish trends / opportunities, determine variability and business impact and develop recommendations / alternatives by applying structured analysis of various types of data.
- Experience with action planning and execution of action planning : measure effectiveness of models and process, tailor updates / amendments based on portfolio / client needs.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, formulate and execute individualized plans for client success concurrently.
- Concentrated understanding of continuous process improvement methodology and has implemented process improvement initiatives in the past.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
This is a remote role for candidates in the US only. Candidates will travel 10-15% of time.
