Join Our Team as an Outpatient / Wellness Registered Dietitian with a 50% Remote Schedule!
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian seeking a rewarding opportunity? RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the outpatient / wellness setting for 25 hours per month.

Responsibilities :
- Provide nutrition services emphasizing education and behavior change at community center location.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facility requirements.
- Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
- Educate patients and / or family members on nutritional needs.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff education as needed.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
Requirements :
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
