As a Vacation Researcher, you'll be instrumental in curating travel experiences, communicating with clients, coordinating arrangements, and nurturing supplier relationships, all facilitated through the resources of our host agency.

Responsibilities : Assist in composing client emails. Conduct research on destinations, culinary experiences, and activities.

Liaise with suppliers to organize curated travel arrangements. Maintain updated client travel documents and invoices. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Collaborate as a team member to fulfill various travel service functions, ensuring comprehensive support for staff travel needs.

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications : Prior travel experience and industry knowledge are indispensable. A genuine passion for travel.

Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote, autonomous environment.

Goal-oriented with the ability to establish and achieve timelines effectively. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
