Looking for a reliable employee to coordinate service at a busy forklift company.
Responsibilities Include :
- Working with customers and field service mechanics to identify required maintenance and dispatch breakdown calls
- Advise customers on necessary and suggested services
- Compute costs of replacement parts and labor to repair trucks
- Process service invoices from mechanics tablets (IPADS) for invoicing
- Assist service manager as needed
Skills / Requirements
- Experience in part / service industry emphasis on coordinating service responsibilities with service technicians
- Dependable computer skills
- Some mechanical aptitude
- Customer relations skills
