Responsibilities
Assists the Community Team with a target of a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Compiles and prepares data / reports as required by Company staff on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Performs various administrative and clerical functions to include filing, faxing, scheduling, reporting, tracking, data collection and entry, etc.
required to maintain an organized, efficient and functional community.
Assist with answering telephones in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate meeting and training schedules and support as requested.
Submit, receive, and organize correspondence, mail, forms, orders, and faxes.
Maintains records required by licensing agencies.
Maintains a professional demeanor with all Residents, families and friends, third party providers, professional referrals, and the general public in representing the Community and the Company.
Attends in-service training as required.
Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information at all times.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
High School diploma required.
Associates Degree or related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, team members, visitors and vendors.
Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
