Immediate need for a talented Scrum Master . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus OH (Remote but need local candidates only) .

Pay Range : $45 - $48 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitates team cadence (e.g. retrospective, daily standups, and show-and-tell meetings) to encourage collaboration, communication, and feedback within the team;

promotes a learning culture and challenges the team to be innovative.

• Removes impediments to the team’s progress; communicates obstacles requiring outside resolution to the partners.
• Identifies risks and issues that might have an impact on delivery and facilitates a mitigation strategy for risks.
• Collaborates with partners to prioritize the backlog to maximize value and create clarity on the team activities.
• Collaborates with the agile technology team to provide guidance to the team in the areas of analysis, design, development and testing, are ensures the standard methodologies are used.
• Monitors team metrics, such as time to market (speed), quality and productivity and progress using historical data, observations, and experiences to achieve team goals and commitments;

leads the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Skills- Agile, CSM.
