This is a full-time entry level position; Standard hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm. Reporting into the Executive Assistant of the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in gifting programs (communication, sending out gifts, & confirming they arrived)
- Assisting with database management
- Executing work related tasks outside the office
- Scheduling Lunches and Meetings
- Assist the marketing team as needed including : social media, scheduling and administrative tasks
- Help organize and maintain library of existing media
Job Description : 40 hours , Full time, fully in office
