Hybrid / Kings Hill, Kent

This is a Maternity Cover contract of up to 12 months.

Procurement Services is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team. The successful candidate will need to be well organised, have strong attention to detail and will be comfortable working with multiple, large datasets.

The Data Administrator will play an important part in organising data and raising invoices to ensure supplier revenue (rebates) are claimed on time, and supporting the Head of Brand Relationship Management in providing actionable data to support commercial strategies.

Key duties -

• Raising invoices following the compliant process using PSF accounting system and requesting approvals as per the Signing Authority Matrix (SAM)
• Managing the master Excel spreadsheet which holds all supplier rebate information, ensuring this is kept up to date with accurate information
• Identify where rebates have not been claimed and reporting this to the framework team for supplier management
• Provide data and reports for budgeting and forecasting as required
• Support the Head of Brand Relationship Management with all needs around rebate processing, reporting and other data requirements as required
• Record all activity and invoices in the appropriate reports as required

What we need from you -

• Previous experience in a data administration role including data handling and invoice processing
• Ability to organise and plan your workload to ensure you can meet targets and deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience creating reports
• Previous experience using PSF account system is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail required when writing and producing documents and reports
