Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH.
In this vital role, you will promote and sell our innovative renewable energy solutions directly to consumers in retail settings.
Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, educating customers on the benefits of renewable energy, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers to convert them into sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide clear explanations of our renewable energy offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events that drive customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
