We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Trumbull, Connecticut.
As a Collections Specialist, your work will involve managing customer accounts, processing applications, and handling inquiries.
This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and requires proficiency in various software systems and administrative functions.
Responsibilities :
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and maintain up-to-date customer credit records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems for managing accounts and financial data
- Employ Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software for various functions
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Perform Billing Functions accurately and promptly
- Administer claim processes and ensure proper collection procedures are followed.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with Accurint
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficient in CRM
- Knowledge of Epic Software
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
- Experience with Billing Functions
- Understanding of Claim Administration
- Experience with Collection Processes
