Non-profit organization that serves to help anyone in need by providing them with assistance, resources, and hope, with compassion and dignity is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist.
Hours are Monday - Friday 11 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. Salary depends on experience. This position is eligible for RJ-Staffing bonus pay while temp.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls in telephone logbook
- Answer / greet visitors at front door
- Complete new food pantry registration forms as needed
- Identify office of the aging clients and complete form
- Enter monetary donations into Donor Snap
- Generate thank you letters from Donor Snap for Executive Director to sign
- Make sure copier has paper and all needed supplies, such as toner
- Set up interviews for potential volunteers
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of prior front desk receptionist / customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
