Key ResponsibilitiesProvide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accountsDiscuss and educate customers on available account options, such as 401K and IRAsFocus on deepening customer relationships with the organizationRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceMinimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside salesCurrent FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrationsMotivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independentlyGood understanding of IRAs and retirement investment products / services
