  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar role within a CPA firm, with a minimum of X years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and work effectively in a team setting.
  • legitimate / verifiable construction accounting experience including payroll, HR, inventory management, field coordination, reconciliation, bookkeeping, asset management, job cost allocation, tax planning and filing
