Data Production Clerk
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Production Specialist for a full-time position in Alpharetta, GA.
Join our team to provide essential year-end support functions, ensuring client reports and documents meet all quality requirements.
Location : Alpharetta, GA
Pay Rate : $18 per hour
Job Type : Full-time / temporary starting December 02, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Work Location : Alpharetta, GA 30005
Schedule : Day shift, 9am to 5pm , night shift, 4pm to 12am . Must be able work weekends and holidays as needed.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Receive and match client reports, year-end documents, and CDs.
- Ensure pay documents and reports satisfy quality standards. Initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Insert relevant year-end documents into envelopes using stuffing machines.
- Package client year-end documents along with applicable reports and CD ROMs into envelopes or boxes.
- Sort envelopes and boxes for UPS / FedEx / courier pickups.
- Match reports, CDs, and other related year-end documents.
- Non-essential Responsibilities :
- Perform other relevant duties and assignments as directed.

- Working Computer Knowledge (Windows)
- Mechanically Inclined (for machine operator positions)
- Strong Written / Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Follow Directions and Procedures
