Elevate Your Director of Rehab Career with Us! Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehab has an opportunity for an in-house Director of Rehab at this 124-bed skilled nursing facility in Tacoma, WA! PT, OT, SLP, PTA and COTA disciplines are eligible to apply.
Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty / barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
Large 1000 sqft gym space at south end of building with lots of windows / natural light, ADL Bathroom and Kitchen / Laundry training spaces, OmniVR : 3-D virtual reality system used for strengthening, balance, endurance, coordination, and cognitive skills development.

Qualifications :
- Licensed and certified as required by state and federal law in the state where the center is located.
- Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or ST (preferred).
- 3+ years of therapist experience.
- Management experience required.
