At Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital , our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification.
At our 44-bed hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to our patients, serving the communities of Northern Arizona.
We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Qualifications
Required Skills :
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- certification preferred; certification required in SNF, SC setting.
- CPR Certification required
- One (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferred
Additional Qualifications / Skills :
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of Infection Control and proper body mechanics
- Demonstrates general computer skills including : data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Utilizes policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and / or infection control standards.

Responsibilities
Working under the supervision of registered nurse, primarily responsible for providing direct bedside care to patients. Integrates the hospital’s mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice.
