Position Type :
- Full-time : a minimum of 30.5 hours each week
- Part-time : a minimum of 15 hours each week and less than 30 hours each week

- Demonstrate warm hospitality through a smile, eye contact, and pleasant conversation
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Blue Springs
- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
