Description : *TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Microsoft Teams Support Specialist to join their team.
This person will be troubleshooting issues with conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams. *Duties & Responsibilities : Intake tickets via ServiceNow relating to conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams & Zoom.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for a variety of users including executives, employees, and guests.
- Perform daily monitoring of systems* Set up A / V and conference room equipment*Skills & Qualifications : *The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Teams or Zoom in a customer facing IT support position, such as an internship, student help desk, or full-time position.
