POSITION PROFILE
Perform all functions of customer service as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Design Development inbox
- Review, edit and correct quote requests from reps to ensure information is complete for estimator
- Receive Quick Quotes from CS and review to ensure compatibility with DW capabilities and strengths
- Initiate design development of projects not ready to quote
- Initiate purchasing and design / visualization functions when necessary
- Obtain custom buyouts prior to release of quote into active status
- Obtain shipping and installation quotes
- Manage all sample requests
Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required.
