Muhlbauer, Inc. seeks to hire a Field Services Technician located in the Washington , D .C. a rea to install, troubleshoot, and provide training on machines and systems.
The ideal candidates have skills in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and software. Candidates would also be proactive, self-motivated, and organized with their work.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Installation of the machines and systems (in house and at the customer site)
- Acceptance and training for the systems at the customer site
- Reparation and maintenance of running systems
- Production and hotline support
- Follow appropriate procedures for each service event
- Complete appropriate written documentation and feedback for service interventions
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent is required , a dvanced d egree in M echanical or E lectrical E ngineering is a plus
- Two or more years of experience with maintenance for machinery
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Willing ness to travel frequently for weeks at a time , training will be conducted in Germany
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass applicable background screenings and obtain clearance as required
