Job Description We are searching for a hands-on and experienced Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

This role will report to the Controller and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and management.

The Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and implementing efficient processes within the accounting function.

Responsibilities Accounts Payable Management : Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, approval workflows, and payment processing.

Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounts payable activities.

Coordinate and manage the payroll process, including accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax withholdings, and deductions.

General Accounting : Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses as required. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Provide accurate and timely information to support management decision-making. Qualifications BS Accounting / Finance, MSA or MBA a plus, CPA preferred Public accounting foundational experience and Big 4 Audit preferred 3-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on general accounting procedures and accounts payable Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, including U.

S. GAAP and internal control requirements, and financial reporting processes Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is preferred Can do attitude and willingness to roll sleeves up and be extremely hands-on Ability to prioritize a varying degree of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional skepticism Ability to identify inefficiencies, provide suggestions, and drive positive change Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities with a strong desire to make a positive impact Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others Hybrid work environment typically 2-3 days on site Benefits We Offer : HiFiBiO is committed to the health and well being of our team members and offers a variety of benefits supporting our diverse employee base.
