- Seeking an experienced EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, aligning HR technology with organizational needs.
Responsibilities : 1. System Customization and Configuration : o Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with HR processes and policies.
o Implement and maintain HRMS setups, including position structures, organization hierarchies, etc. 2. Integration Management : o Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other systems.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS with related modules and third-party applications. 3. Technical Development : o Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle development tools (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, Workflow).
4. Data Migration : o Plan and execute HR data migration, ensuring data integrity and smooth transition. 5. HR Analytics and Reporting : o Design and develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher and other tools.
o Implement ETL processes for HR data. 6. Performance Optimization : o Analyze and optimize HRMS application performance, addressing bottlenecks.
o Monitor system performance and implement improvements. 7. User Training and Support : o Provide technical support and training for HRMS end-users.
o Conduct training sessions on new features and updates. 8. Documentation : o Create and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations and configurations. Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant
- Proficient in Oracle development tools (PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow)
