Responsibilities include :

  • Proactively monitor and manage the production environment.
  • Responsible for Incident management and conducting proper problem follow-up.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application problems including but not limited to job failures, feed management, monitoring etc.
  • Maintain / Create documentation of support policies and procedures. Understanding of the business processes supported by the system.
  • Support application releases, implementations, upgrades, and / or changes into the environment.
  • Ensuring continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms.
  • Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached. Maintaining a knowledge base of known defects and issues, process, techniques etc.
  • Takes part in production support rotation, and responding and resolving production problems Weekend or after hours work is required to support critical business initiatives such as application deployments (Pre Post activities), infrastructure changes, Industry-wide tests, or Disaster Recovery tests.
  • Build strong partnership with Development, Infrastructure and platform teams
  • Responsibilities : As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems.

Advanced proficiency in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ is required.

  • NET Core proficiency is recommended, along with Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and PL / SQL (Programming Language) proficiency.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of Finastra Fusion Loan IQ is required
