Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers to our showroom and provide in-depth consultations to understand their countertop needs and preferences.
- Showcase our extensive range of countertop options, educating customers on the features, benefits, and installation process.
- Collaborate with customers to create customized designs, offering recommendations on materials, colors, and finishes.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience in the home improvement or kitchen design industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate customer preferences into cohesive design concepts.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as CRM software and design tools is a plus.
