Hand and Stone Mage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. Our organization is expanding quickly with the number of locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months.

Job Duties
- Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
- Create a pampering experience for our customers
- Answer phones and book appointment
- Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
- Promote health / wellness benefits of mage therapy
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive energetic attitude
Requirements
- Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
- Desire to be in a sales position
- Strong interpersonal ss
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
