SportsCare Institute is currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our KidsCare team in West New York, NJ.
KidsCare is a school based program in Hudson County with an outpatient facility in West New York. Clinicians work on a school schedule.
We are accepting applications for experienced and entry level Physical Therapists.
Setting : School-Based Services (Pediatric)
Hours : 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm M - F
Responsibilities :
- Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
- Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
