Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications :
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
