As a Parking Supervisor, you'll supervise the parking operations of a large parking garage. In addition to building strong relationships with the in-house Property Management team, tenants of the buildings and outside service providers, you will be instrumental in forming the foundation upon which these parking structures are managed.

What Will You Do?

• Conduct daily inspections of the parking structure to ensure that appearance is always up to Onni standards.
• Assist customers with business transactions such as : information, directions, validations sales, monthly sales, issues with key cards, and any other miscellaneous items that might be requested.
• Assist Movers with directions for Move ins and Move Outs
• Will be responsible for the making sure parking equipment is operational
• Prepare tenant parking statements. Follow up on collections.
• Check parking equipment and make notes of any items that need attention.
• Generate daily reports (cashier report for each individual exit lane, DRs, Sales Journals, Reconciliation reports, payroll, ticket recap, additions / deletions of key cards, and validations sales).
• Obtain estimates / bids for repairs and other improvements in the parking structures. Coordinate contractor activity.
• Assist customers that require help upon entering or exiting the garage with key card malfunctions, tickets jammed, credit cards not working, validation scanners not working, tickets damaged, educate customers unable to use the automated system.
• Assist customers when vehicles are broken into.
• Ensure tenant compliance with the leases with respect to the parking section, including collection of rent and allocation of parking stalls.
• Oversee daily parking operations, orchestrating smooth guest and employee parking experiences
• Provide excellent tenant service. Respond to tenant requests / problems in a timely and courteous manner. Follow-up with tenants to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Develop ideas and implement programs to enhance revenue in the parking structure.
• Ensure that property files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.

What You Bring : About the company :

About the company :

• 1 - 3 Years of Parking experience, working directly for a developer / owner or 3rd party management company.
• Understanding of parking management accounting concepts. Previous experience with Yardi a plus.
• Experience using and operating automated parking systems equipment.
• Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Innovative operational skills and abilities. Must have a thorough understanding of how parking structures and automated parking systems operate.
• The ability to review parking financials and explain them.
• Excellent customer service skills
• High motivation to join a growing team of real estate professionals
